Could go either way:
- Dué - Jesús Durón, executive chef of Pujo, which is in the World's 50 Best Restaurants list, is teaming up with Lindsay Jang of Hong Kong's Yardbird for a restaurant that's pitched as serving up "globally inspired, seasonally-focused upscale dining".
- Ergon House (Covent Garden) - This might be the London outpost of Greek boutique hotel group ERGON House, in which they were planning to have both a rooftop restaurant and a bakery, butchers, fishmongers and greengrocer on the ground floor. Things have gone quiet, on this one recently.
- Wagyumafia are allegedly bringing their VERY expensive sandwiches to London - with both a sandwich shop and a butcher's kitchen.
- The Trellis skyscraper, currently being built, will have a high-rise restaurant.
