Professor Green has always been a bit of a foodie (we've seen his comments pop up on our reels for years) and cemented that by opening PG Proper Good in Glasgow earlier this year. Now he's following that with a second opening in London, right in the middle of Soho.
He's taking over a space on Soho Street (one that hasn't been a restaurant before) for the second Proper Good, something that he brought to life with the same team that launched Sides by The Sidemen. Assuming you haven't tried it in Glasgow, it's a fast food restaurant where you build your own meal. Those meals are either loaded salad, rice or potato puffs, or a South Korean-inspired UFO (a brioche hot roll). From there, you add flavours like salmon, chicken, pot roast beef, beans, dips and more.
Alongside all that, they have electrolyte-heavy drinks and frozen fruit desserts. For a fast food restaurant, it's definitely offering something new, and the Glasgow original seems to be very highly rated. Will it create queues like recent fast food fro-yo openings have? We'll have to wait and see.
