Named after John Gilroy, the mastermind whose iconic advertising helped make Guinness one of the world’s most recognisable brands, Gilroy's Loft is all about bringing together flavours and influences from around the world, with Irish hospitality at its heart.
Building on the traditional pairing of Guinness and oysters, the Covent Garden restaurant showcases fresh seafood, from native oysters to line-caught fish, all of which go brilliantly with a pint of the black stuff. Dishes on their autumn menu include freshly shucked oysters with a Guinness and shallot vinegar, lobster and spring onion macaronic cheese, and south coast mussels braised in Guinness IPA.
Set up on the rooftop of the Guinness Open Gate Brewery it's a perfect place to take visitors to London, catch up with friends, or go on a date night.
