They've been helping out with the launch of The Marlborough pub, but now The Devonshire team look like they've lined up their own next big opening.
They've taken on the building that's best known as being the offices for The Lady - if you've been to Covent Garden, chances are you'll have seen the building with that sign. It's a five-storey building and it seems like the layout will be similar to The Devonshire.
According to plans submitted as part of a licence application from Westminster Council, there will be a pub on the ground floor, with dining areas on the first and second floors. The third floor will have three private dining rooms, and there are plans for a roof terrace dining space. It's too early to say what's going to be served up on the food side, but you can definitely expect them to be pouring pints of Guinness.
The name is still to be announced, but if they don't call this The Lady Devonshire, they've missed a trick. Right now The Devonshire is staying unusually quiet on the subject, refusing to confirm that this will even be a project for them. One thing's for sure, you can expect more news on this one in 2026.
