It's been just over two years since chef Florence Knight left Sessions Arts Club, the beautiful-looking restaurant that she helped launch in Clerkenwell. And now the chef is getting ready to make her return to the London dining scene.
She'll be taking over the rooftop restaurant at Nick Jones' St Clement hotel just off The Strand, called Lunette. But, at the time of writing, that is literally all that we know about the restaurant that will be taking over the 11th floor of the hotel. The chef, who originally started at the late Russell Norman's Polpetto, is known for her fantasic small plates, so we'd be expecting something similar from her opening here.
Expect lots more information as we get closer to the opening date.
