The Homeboy Roast is back and it's better than ever! The Islington bar has long served up an excellent Sunday roast and they've now given it a reboot for the end of the summer. Of course they'll still have those generous mains, with meat from Essex Road neighbours James Elliot Butcher, alongside the signature Guinness gravy pour. But there are some new dishes you'll want to try including smoked salmon on Guinness soda bread and the must-try colcannon (a staple Irish comfort food).
But the biggest change is that Sunday Roasts will now be accompanied by traditional Irish music throughout the day. It makes for a fitting soundtrack to a cosy Sunday afternoon. But you'll need to bring your own Aran jumpers.
