Three years after they opened their first bagel shop in Primrose Hill in 2023, the NYC-inspired bakery is expanding its North London footprint by opening in Hampstead. They'll hit up the high street there at the end of the summer.
As per their other three bakeries, their newest opening will serve a combination of grab-and-go bagels along with a mix of unfilled bagels topped with poppy or sesame seeds, garlic, onion, ‘everything,’ or just plain.
"We want to be the place people stop before a walk on the Heath, before school drop-off, or before a picnic on a sunny weekend," says the bakery's founder Dan Martensen. "Hampstead felt like a very natural fit for us."
Picnics on the Heath with freshly filled bagels? Sounds like a perfect London outing to us.
