Carbone is definitely coming to London. Recently submitted planning information shows that the famous New York restaurant is the second restaurant to open in the Chancery Rosewood next year.

Just after Lisa Goodwin-Allen rejoined Northcote, after making a surprise departure announcement just two months prior (being sold to new owners helped with that), she also announced she was to open a new restaurant at The Beaumont, called Rosi. Now we have more details about what's planned. 

It's not her first London

It's been a while since we've seen a new restaurant launch at 10 Heddon Street, the space that once held Manteca, Fallow and Sarap as residencies. The residency days are behind it now and instead, it's relaunching as a permanent Georgian restaurant, DakaDaka. 

It's the first restaurant from new hospitality group Berkeley Square Hospitality. That comes from Giorgi Mindiashvili and Mitz Vora, previously at Ennismore, where they helped launch restaurants like Eggbreak and Seabird. It will be a modern interpretation of Georgian cuisine and open-fire cooking
