A modern Indian restaurant that started life in Dubai (before opening in Mumbai too) is coming to London.
Trèsind describes itself as a "modernist Indian dining experience" so it's a high-end affair. The Dubai menu features dishes like scarlet prawns crudo, with Kashmiri chilli xo, prawn papad, and beluga caviar alongside a menu of premium steaks, like their A5 wagyu striploin pathar kebab.
We've yet to find out exactly what they're planning for their London opening, but, notably, Tresind does have an offshoot called Trèsind Studio. That currently has three Michelin stars to its name. At this stage, it seems more likely that the standard Trèsind, as opposed to the Studio version, is opening in London. Still, those stars, alongside the various awards that the original has won, highlight this as one to watch.
We'll update with more news closer to the opening date.
