It's been just two years since the East London hotel One Hundred Shoreditch opened its doors, but it's already changed both of its restaurants in that short time. On the ground floor Sticks 'n' Sushi has taken over from the original spot Goddard & Gibbs and now on the rooftop, the unimaginatively named The Rooftop has given way to Kaso.
