  • UBA sees ex-Aqua Kyoto chef opening a Pan Asian restaurant at Hart Shoreditch

    It's all change at the Hart Shoreditch hotel where Latin American residency Mostrador is giving way to UBA a Pan-Asian restaurant. Heading up the kitchens is chef Paul Greening who was previously Executive Chef at Aqua Kyoto on Regent Street.
