They already have two popular pizzerias in Waterloo and Earl's Court and now Crust Bros are getting ready to open their biggest and most central pizzeria yet. 

They've taken over a space that was once a Paul patisserie in Covent Garden, which has two floors, fitting in 135 people. The pizzas here are Neapolitan-inspired, with 48-72 hour-proved dough.

NoMad London has had great success with its cocktail bar Side Hustle, but even though it's housed in an incredible room, the hotel's restaurant hasn't had as big a profile. Now they're getting ready to relaunch it as a New-York-inspired brasserie.

Called Twenty8 NoMad (based on the address of the hotel), it'll also bring in a light refresh of the already impressive room,

A particularly interesting series of collabs is happening at Side Hustle, the bar inside the NoMad London hotel in Covent Garden. They've picked three decidedly big names to produce special tacos for the next three months. Each of the names has worked with NoMad's team to design the tacos which will be available all month.

It's been planned since late 2023 but now Stevie Parle is getting ready to unveil his new restaurant, Town in Covent Garden. 

The chef, who in recent years was best known for his post-lockdown hit Joy, has brought in an impressive team to help with the new venture. Executive Chef Olly Pierrepont was previously Head Chef of Luca and La Trompette while Head Chef Andy Bright was previously at
