Conceived by Executive Chef Christian Onia, the Marylebone menu balances Japanese tradition with modern innovation. Exclusive à la carte dishes include grilled scallop with saffron kimizu, double tuna temaki with fresh wasabi, and duck breast with umeshu jus, alongside daily market specials showcasing seasonal produce and fresh seafood.
Guests can pair them with a curated sake selection or the Matcha Colada, created exclusively for the site.
Set against a serene Scandinavian-Japanese interior, with a front-of-house sushi counter at its heart, SUMI Marylebone is designed to feel like a warm and relaxed neighbourhood home.
