Manchester's Tabitha's coffee shop is coming to London for a Mayfair pop-up

Having only opened just over a year ago in Manchester and earlier this year in Liverpool, Tabitha's coffee has been building a big following. Now they're getting ready for a three-day pop-up at the 1 Hotel Mayfair.

Run by Georgia Davis and Lucy Shaw (and named after their cat), they're particularly known for their iced matchas and coffees. Options include the whipped vanilla mascarpone, caramelised sticky banana, coconut strawberry matcha, and more. They put on regular specials and off-menu drinks too. For Autumn, they've added new iced coffee options like a salted maple pecan pie and a brown butter carrot cake. Here's hoping they'll be bringing those to London.

On the food side, there are gluten-free bakes and overnight oats like their Raspberry & Biscoff (raspberries, blueberries, chia seeds & Biscoff).

So if you've come actoss them on Instagram or TikTok and really wanted to try them without heading up north, this is your chance. And just for their pop-up, they'll also have a run club on the Sunday, if you really want to earn that matcha.
