Italian all-day dining is coming to Covent Garden on 19th October at Carmelina’s, with a special preview offer giving guests a sneak peek ahead of the official opening. Part of the new design-led Webster hotel on Lincoln’s Inn Fields, it’s a sizable new opening bringing together a restaurant, café, terrace and a hidden cocktail bar. Taking cues from the Italian way of life, Carmelina’s offers an all-day experience, designed to be enjoyed socially, and rarely in a hurry.
Featuring an open kitchen, counter dining and a dedicated wine bar, the menu puts a fresh spin on Italian classics, with handmade pasta, seasonal produce and seafood, overseen by Chef Simone Serafini. Hero dishes include Deep Red Sicilian Prawns and Porchetta with Friarielli. They’ll also be doing breakfast, with Eggs Royale, Focaccia Scrambled Eggs and Diavola Shakshuka on the menu.
