So many great spots under one roof, a bit of a good grub hub for Holloway, and definitely the best biryani in north London - the team at Chai N Biryani are cooking up a storm.

Such a cosy pub just off of Holloway Road with a fab selection of beers. Leila is the loveliest landlady in London, and Phil runs by far the best, if also maybe the longest pub quiz on a Tuesday night. Pop in for a nice pint of Litovel and say hi.

607 Holloway Rd, Archway, London N19 4DJ

Part of my daily coffee run when I worked in the area, probably the best cup on Holloway road. They also do some great, greasy breakfast sandwiches for when you’re up for taking the rest of the day quite slow.

34 Drayton Park, London N5 1PB

Fab restaurant for seafood and small plates, but the best meals there are always spent in their outdoor space with a few friends, a few dishes and more than a few bottles of wine.

Lovely little shop with super friendly staff, with a great selection of beers, ciders and wine as well as some more obscure bits and bobs. The best place to pick up some booze before a barbeque.
