We've been obsessed with Panadera since it first opened, and everything about this new opening sounds just as great. Led by chef Adrian Kyle Felipe (who has been with Panadera since 2019), Toasteé is going big on French toast, while also bringing in the Filipino and Southeast Asian flavours that Panadera is best known for. So there will be three signature toasts on offer: ube jam, matcha ganache and Milo cookies & cream (you can also have a more traditional version with butter and maple syrup). Look out for regular seasonal specials too.
Alongside the toasts, ube will be at the heart of the drinks at Toasteé. So you'll be able to order drinks like ube milk, ube latte, ube matcha cold foam, ube banana milk, ube coconut cold foam and ube horchata. And they'll have their own ice cream, with flavours including ube, pandan coconut, strawberry cheesecake and miso caramel.
