Another day, another limited edition burger. This one's the new Halloumi burger at Honest Burgers. They've teamed with British halloumi producer Kupros Dairy for it - if you haven't already tried the Hertfordshire dairy's halloumi, you REALLY need to. We first tasted it at Stroud Green spot Goods Office and were blown away by how good it was.
The burger - which is now available at all Honest Burger restaurants until 1 September features Honest beef with Kupros halloumi, smoked bacon, smashed avocado, harissa mayo, rocket and pickles. It comes with Honest's rosemary salted chips for £12.50.
