What's the most popular restaurant in London? Or indeed the UK? We'd be hard pressed not to give that plaudit to Nando's which has a legion of fans (and yes, we've been known to pop in from time to time too). What makes a pub, the world's most ethical pub? Well according to The Green Vic, which is opening in Shoreditch and billing itself as just that, it's "where everything you buy and use has a positive environmental and social impact."
