Great British Bake Off finalist Sandro Farmhouse has joined forces with Italian bakery Signorelli to launch a limited edition bake to celebrate the opening of their new Broadgate bakery.
The Italian-inspired indulgence has been created especially for the launch and will be available from Signorelli’s new bakery at Broadgate, Liverpool Street, this October. Think chewy espresso and dark chocolate cookie tarts topped with silky mascarpone zabaglione cream, cocoa and chocolate-covered coffee beans.
"I’m so excited to be teaming up with Signorelli and bringing a little Bake Off energy to Broadgate," says Sandro. "Tiramisu is one of those flavours that instantly feels indulgent and comforting, so turning it into a cookie with Signorelli felt like such a fun idea."
The baker will also be at Signorelli Broadgate on 9 October for a day's baking (with the first 20 cookies being given away for free).
