They're doing things a little differently at new burger restaurant Milk Burger. Not only have they got a Michelin-starred chef into the kitchen for the burgers themselves, but they're going to be pairing them with Champagne.
Chef Jorge Paredes used to be Head Chef at OMA and AGORA and, before that, Executive Chef at Sabor, so he's worked at some of the city's best restaurants. Here in Notting Hill, he's going to be elevating the humble burger to a new gastronomic level with ingredients like bone marrow and truffle, alongside Cuban sandwiches, soft serve and fried cherry pie for dessert.
