Coming to Marylebone this week is the next step of Fucina as it opens its Panetteria - an organic deli and bakery. It's headed up by ex-Princi Head Baker Massimiliano Porta and you can expect:
- Bread and pastries - five different breads, using stoneground, wholemeal naturally slow-fermented dough
- Sanwiches made with meat from the Fucina wood-fired pit - and breakfast pizzas too (pictured above)
- Italian produce - much available in the UK exclusively through Panetteria. These include Savini Tartufi, olive oils and balsamic vinegars from Alessandro Biagini, fruit confitures from Alpe Pragas, sweet treats from Giovanni Cogno and truffles from Lamorresi.
