Crip and Dips' Maddi is popping up in London with her Messy Dips brand

She's the TikTok creator who went viral for her pickles, but now Maddi Neye-Swift is pivoting into a career as a food producer. And the person behind the CripandDip account, with more than 600k followers is gearing up to give Londoners their first taste of her new dips.

Messy Dips is launching with an initial range of three flavours that will be sold at a pop-up in King's Cross next weekend. Those flavours are:

• The Dirty Martini - cornichons, capers, olives, guindilla peppers, jalapeños, and a layer of tapenade layered on top.
• Layered Vodka Marinara: A stacked dip with a base of guindilla pepper cream cheese, a layer of vodka pasta tomato sauce, and a layer of pesto.
• Sichuan Cucumber Tzatziki: A mix of tzatziki with soy sauce, sesame oil, black vinegar, topped with umami chili oil.

Maddi will be taking over the Turn Up Truck in Coal Drops Yard. "The thing I'm most excited is you guys trying the dips," she said on Instagram. And given how huge her fan base is on social, we're fairly confident that there will be a lot of people going down to try the dips.
