The Donovan Bar in Brown's Hotel has been host to some pretty interesting residencies in the past few months, including Andrew Wong, Mitch Tonks and Tom Kitchin. But for their next, they're going a little further, bringing over West Coast USA photographer, author and cook Jesse Jenkins. He's probably best known over here for being big on Instagram.
His new menu at the bar (created with little help from their Chef Director Adam Byatt) will be inspired by a mix of Mexican and Californian cuisine. So you'll find al pastor and fish tacos, prawn toast tostadas and his pineapple tacos. He'll also be bringing one of his most popular recipes to life at the residency, tuna ceviche with tostadas. On top of this, the bar will be bringing new cocktail pairings to the list, from master mixologist Salvatore Calabrese and Director of Mixology Federico Pavan.
So if you've come across Jenkins' videos on your feed and fancied trying some of his dishes in real life, this is your chance.
