A family-owned Borough Market institution for over 25 years, they've had a brilliant first year since their relaunch and have brought together all of their biggest hits in a five-course tasting format. On the menu you'll find beef, oyster & Guinness tartare, brown crab rarebit, grilled diver scallop with pancetta & cheddar crumb, lobster & prawn risotto, and sticky toffee pavlova. Wines are kept local, sourced exclusively from England and France.
