This one's a little far away as it's not due to open until mid 2025, but it's a big change for Fulham.
Fulham Pier is planned as a big new riverside add-on behind the brand new Riverside stand of Fulham's Craven Cottage stadium but it seems as though it will be way more than just an add-on to the new stand. First, it opens up a riverside walkway and promenade that was previously not accessible, meaning you'll be able to walk along the river from Putney Bridge to Hammersmith Bridge.
But the new seven-storey building on the promenade is adding lots more too. On the ground floor there will be the Riverside market, with lots of food and drink spaces. They've already signed up Tinie Tempah’s Raps, Goila Butter Chicken and Base Face Pizza for this space. Then in the building there's a new restaurant and brasserie as well as a boutique hotel and entertainment space called The Orange Box. There's also going to be a roof terrace too, but that's reserved for the members' club.
Just how all this is going to work on both match days and non-match days is still a little unclear, but we'll have more news on that closer to the opening date. But it certainly sounds like it'll be an impressive development for this part of town.
