Madhu's Brasserie choose Richmond for their second Indian restaurant

Madhu's Brasserie chooses Richmond for its second Indian restaurant

They've been big on the 5th floor of Harvey Nichols and now Madhu's Brasserie are getting a second place all to themselves in Richmond.

If you're unfamiliar with them, Madhu's started out as caterers (with the royal family among their customers) before getting into the restaurant business in Knightsbridge. Their second restaurant in Richmond will carry on with a menu of what they call a "modern and sophisticated take on traditional Indian cuisine".

On the menu, that'll be realised with dishes like:

  • Tandoori naan with fillings of chilli chicken, marinated paneer and minced lamb
  • Palak patta chaat, with British samphire and crispy baby spinach leaves
  • Robata dishes including Chilli Paneer, Butterfly King Prawns and spiced lamb chops
  • Masaledar Kuku – Madhu’s trademark chicken thighs

As for the restaurant itself that'll have traditional seating as well as counter seating by the tandoor oven and robata grill if you want to watch the chefs at work.
