Over the many long weeks we've been in lockdown (wait - is that still actually on?) we've really enjoyed bringing you our weekly roundup of what London's chefs have been making for themselves at home.

Ben Murphy - Launceston Place

We've seen a lot of lovely pastry work going on during lockdown and Head Chef Ben's Tarte Tatin is no exception. Happily he also provides the recipe for you to have a go too.
