Popular West London ice-cream sellers Bears Parlour is opening its second outlet this weekend - a kiosk on Brook Green.

Run by Phil Harrison, former head chef at the much-respected Anglesea Arms gastropub, and his partner Vera Thordadottir, they've made quite the name for themselves with their Icelandic soft serve.

Seasonal ice-cream flavours include things like Salted Pumpkin Seed Nougat or Blueberry, Lavender Jam Meringue Swirl or vegan sorbets like Passion fruit & Double Dark Chocolate Freckles. All the soft serves come with a choice of toppings that are dipped, rolled or smashed into the ice-cream.

And while their parlour has been open doing socially distant collections and deliveries during lockdown, will be the first opening of the kiosk, Bears At The Pavilion, which was originally supposed to be launched back in March.
