Scotchtails join the list of traders at Borough Market Kitchen

Opening its doors today at Borough Market is the new food hall, Borough Market Kitchen. And joining it as one of their traders is popular Borough trader Scotchtails.

The folk behind a range of signature scotch eggs will now be able to serve those up plus an extended menu of eggy dishes. On that you'll find treats like ham, fried egg and crispy confit chips, a Berkswell cheddar and egg toastie. They'll be doing their usual twists on the classic scotch egg including mature cheddar and smoked bacon; beetroot and lentil; black pudding and a guest scotch egg that they've come up with as part of a collaboration with Brindisa.

Owners Oliver Hiam and Dominic Hamdy, who also own Crispin in Spitalfields and Lundenwic in Aldwych, have come up with a traditional-pub-meets-pie-shop feel for their new home at Borough.
