Opening on 2 March 2026 at The Langham, London, Sale e Pepe Mare brings the Italian Riviera to the city. Celebrating seafood, classic dishes and modern creations, the sun-soaked menu and vibrant design evoke la dolce vita. Guests can enjoy live tableside theatre, a curated wine and cocktail selection and coastal-inspired Italian elegance.
The opening marks a new chapter in the storied legacy of Sale e Pepe, the iconic Knightsbridge restaurant that has defined Italian dining in the capital since 1974. From Amalfi to Puglia, the menu is an ode to life by the sea with Sale e Pepe classics such as Linguine All’Aragosta and Linguine Vongole e Bottarga alongside new creations including Tagliolini al Granchio (tagliolini pasta with Cornish crab, parsley, and olive oil) and a showstopping shellfish tower.
The restaurant will see the return of a Dessert Trolley including their signature tiramisu, bringing a touch of Riviera elegance to every service.
