With London now officially on lockdown and ‘Virtual happy hours’ held via video now the norm, we’ve pulled together a comprehensive list of where to order your favourite beer, wine and spirits along with a selection of cocktail establishments who’ve adapted to deliver their drinks direct to customers' doors.
London bars delivering cocktails
London’s favourite Scottish restaurant has always featured a strong cocktail list. Their range of pre-batched bottled cocktails are made with some of Scotland’s top spirits and botanicals. Creations such as their Auld Pal Negroni and Blackwatch Espresso Martini are perfect for those who prefer their drink short and strong - priced from £28 for 500ml (about 8 cocktails).
This Kingsland Road ‘agaveria’ is going to great lengths to bring their drinks to your living room. The team are offering their signature Mirror Margarita by the bottle for £35 - enough for four (large) drinks. The bar are also introducing mini agave flights which will launch via their online shop later this week. Nationwide delivery is £5.
A mysterious new arrival which has recently popped up on Instagram, Quarantinis offers professional pre-batched martinis of all varieties delivered to your door (East London only at the moment). A 750ml bottle will set you back £50 - but that’s enough to see you through at least six pretty happy hours.
This East London Irish whiskey den has retooled itself as an online cocktail and spirits merchant. Their shop features the ‘Quarantini Kit’ - choose from their pre-batched Negroni, Boulevardier or Old Fashioneds, each bottle is priced at £30. Delivery is free if you live within three miles, next day delivery is also available.
Zero waste bar Tincture on Brick Lane have launched a bi-weekly cocktail delivery service. Every Wednesday and Friday, founder Carl Brown will release a zero waste drink available for delivery via the Bar Tincture website. Orders can be placed from midday and the team will deliver the same day to any address in a 6km radius from Brick Lane. The initial batch previewed yesterday on Instagram and featured a tequila, rhubarb and citrus concoction.
Hackney’s forage-focused cocktail bar from drinks gurus Rich Woods & Matt Whiley are now selling their bottled cocktails through Top Cuvee's shop - with drinks including a Tropical Old Fashioned, Scout Martini and Super Soaker.
Cocktail subscription services
A selection of 14 pre-batched cocktails delivered to your door. Examples include the Brown Gold (Bulleit Bourbon and Bols Coffee Liqueur) and a classic Daiquiri made with Pampero Rum Blanco. They have a particularly unique look too - all the cocktails are sealed inside mini flat boxes (see pic above). Their best seller box includes six classic cocktails and is priced at £39.

A cocktail gift box service categorised by spirit. Their gin box contains the ingredients to make four different cocktails and is priced at £43. The vodka box features items like Sweet Potato Pink Marshmallow Moonshine and allows you to make a Cosmo and a Toffeetini among other things.
Ready-made cocktail boxes made in single servings but also come in large batches. If you’re the stockpiling type then you’ll want to seriously consider picking up 5 litres of their Woo Woo for £65. A more reasonable 330ml size is £7.50. Each box contains everything you need to make cocktails like a Bramble of Espresso Martini - you just supply the glass and ice.
One of London’s newly opened urban wineries, this collective of intrepid vintners specialises in producing small batch wines made from UK & European grapes. Their online shop includes wines made from all of the traditional varietals and the team have also just released a special edition sparkling Grenache (red) which will see 10% of the proceeds donated to Hospitality Action charity.
The team are currently offering free contactless delivery across London and throughout the UK (no minimum order required).
Having recently been recognised as having the best Iberian wine list in London by Wine List Confidential, Bar Douro's restaurants may be shut, but they're selling a short wine list of 14 bottles, including a Pet Nat, Vinho Verde and Churchills ports. Delivery per case is free.

The restaurant may be closed the Laughing Heart Cave is doing wine delivery via Slerp. Their list features wines from around the world, supporting producers who farm their land sustainably, focusing on organic and biodynamic agriculture. There's a three mile delivery radius.
If natural wines are your thing, this global bottle shop is worth bookmarking for its monthly drops of organic, biodynamic and sulphite free wines. There's also a subscription scheme if you'd like them to pick a few bottles to send to you each month.
Responsible for supplying a great many London restaurants with a superb selection of (mainly) American and French wines, this independent West London merchant are continuing to deliver all across London and the UK.
The bottle shop attached to the Quality Chop House is still doing wine delivery - and is now open for collection too (only one customer allowed in the shop at any one time). They deliver to most of zones 1 & 2 and a little further afield and have a choice of nine cases to match all tastes and price points.

This well-kept secret in Finsbury Park has recently launched an online shop - allowing Londoners to stock up on not only beer and wine, but also pantry essentials including sourdough, oat milk and cookies (they clearly know their audience). Deliveries within one mile are free.
A favourite of Balham locals, this wine shop and tasting room are urging Londoners to stay hydrated and have launched a contactless delivery service featuring free local delivery. Given that heading down to the pub isn’t an option right now, East London’s Signature Brew have launched their ‘Pub in a Box’ - a collection of 24 beers, a beer glass, pub snacks, beer mats, a playlist and, to top it all off, a music quiz. Friday drinks sorted.
