Mour brings the Med to Marylebone, with a hidden courtyard too

London's Med takeover continues as Mour gets ready to open, coming to The Leonard hotel and taking over what used to be Seymour's restaurant (we see what they did with the name there). 

Set within a Georgian townhouse, the space here is getting a major makeover from before, moving from a fairly old-school approach to a whole new look. They have also got a feature like no other in this part of town, with a covered, hidden courtyard that's part of the restaurant. 

For the food, dishes on the menu are going to range from tataki di seabass with roasted garlic ponzu to brie tortelloni with rainbow chard and grana padano foam as well as a duo of lamb served with rosemary jus. And for drinks they'll be focusing on martinis, as is very much the trend at the moment, with one option being the Blind Faith Martini, where you'll just choose the base spirit you want and then and leave the rest in the hands of the bartender.
