Bonheur by Matt Abé is the restaurant replacing Le Gavroche

We've known for a while that Restaurant Gordon Ramsay chef Matt Abé was taking on the old Le Gavroche site (snapped up by Gordon himself), and now we have a name: Bonheur by Matt Abé.

It's early days right now, so very little information has been released. We know that the food will be "classically rooted" but with a "contemporary touch" and feature Abé's "dedication to detail". They mention a choice of a la carte or tasting menus, but that's about it on the food front.

Design-wise, it's Russell Sage Studio in charge (who worked on Ramsay's Petrus), but all we know on that side is that there will be a six-seater chef's table experience called "Petit Bonheur".

Essentially, watch this space and we'll have more information closer to the opening.
