These days, are you really a proper high street brand if you haven't launched a food and drink pop-up or two? This year, Bosch have already had us eating off the floor and there was a pop-up dedicated to digestives. Next up, it's Baileys who are opening an iced coffee pop-up in Shoreditch.
Teaming up with Caffe Nero, they're taking over The Pink Store in Shoreditch for two weekends in July for The Baileys Little Treat Café. There will be three iced coffees on offer, including Baileys Tiramisu Iced Coffee, Baileys Pistachio Chocolate Iced Coffee and Baileys Millionaire Shortbread Iced Coffee. They'll also apparently have some exclusive merch on offer, and the first 100 coffees every day will be free.
As for why they're doing this? It's because they're launching a non-alcoholic version of the Baileys syrup, which you'll be able to get in any Caffe Nero (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic versions will be available here). With the warmer weather very much with us for the foreseeable, we can see this going down quite well.
