Zula Burger, the cult burger brand originating from Istanbul, has just opened its second London site in Spitalfields, just a stone’s throw from Spitalfields Market.
Founded in Istanbul in 2017 by chef Cihan Kıpçak, Zula Burger has grown from a hidden backstreet restaurant into an international burger brand, with locations across Istanbul, Bodrum and London. Here in London, they've become known for their guest chef collaboration series, with leading London chefs including Elliot Hashtroudi, Lorcan Spiteri, Eric Wan, Rahel Stephanie and Ana Ortiz each creating limited-edition burgers for the menu throughout 2026.
The menu for their newest opening features Zula's signature burgers, alongside an exclusive Spitalfields Wagyu Burger, which layers an indulgent Wagyu beef patty with double cheddar, rich French mayo, spicy sambal, black pepper, gherkin and onion, inside one of Zula’s standout, house-baked brioche buns.
