Pretty Decent Beer Co open a taproom by Victoria Park (with Mexican food coming soon)

Pretty Decent Beer Co are opening a taproom by Victoria Park (with Mexican food)

If you're looking for a quick beer after walking around Victoria Park, this upcoming taproom sounds like it'll be well worth a look.

It comes from Pretty Decent Beer Co who already have taprooms in Walthamstow and Forest Gate. Their latest is taking over a canal-side building near the park (it used to be a distillery for East London Liquor Co). They'll have 12 Czech-style side-pour taps (apparently the most of these type in the UK) offering their usual beers (like their Session IPA "I Could Get Better at T*sco for a Quid") as well as weekly specials.

Pre-Christmas it'll be launching with the beer only. The space is pretty big, seating around 120. Food will be available by food trucks outside though, with Emerald Eats, Hanoi Cà Phê and Bask Street Boys all planned for December. Then, early next year, the people behind Mexican Seoul will launch a new kitchen, Seouls of Mischief. We'll have more details on that later.
