He's absolutely massive on Instagram and TikTok and now chef Thomas Straker, who's opening his own restaurant in London this summer, is teaming up with Patty & Bun.
The chef, who's previously worked at Heston Blumenthal’s Dinner and Elystan Street, went big on social during the early stages of the lockdown with a ton of viral videos and the strapline of "food that you want to eat". While we wait for his eponymous Notting Hill restaurant, he's bringing The Straker Burger to all Patty & Buns throughout July.
The burger is made of a double beef patty, smoked cheese, cucumber pickles, salsa verde, bone marrow butter, crispy shallots and burger sauce - available in the restaurants or for delivery.
So if you fancy a preview of his restaurant in burger form, make sure to order one before the end of July.
