Shuk serves up Tel Aviv street food at the Seven Dials Market in Covent Garden

shuk opens in seven dials market covent garden

Fresh from the success of having won this year's Croquetas Challenge, the team at Tel Aviv street food spot Shuk are getting ready to open their second London location. This week seems them heading to Seven Dials Market where they'll be the only Middle Eastern trader at the popular Covent Garden spot.

Obviously a new location means an opportunity to showcase new dishes in addition to their popular filled pitas and top tier hummus, and chef Mark Jankel and his business partner Richard Littman have come up with some pretty enticing options including

  • Killer falafel pita
  • Chicken shnitzel sando on toasted challah
  • Spiced Lamb hummus tray

Plus, for the first month, visitors will also be able to try Shuk's award-winning beef brisket croquetas. And as we were on the judging committee that awarded them that prize we can confidently say they're worth crossing town for.
