They've started out as street food before getting a permanent space in Soho last year and now Truffle Burger are getting bigger, with a new restaurant in The City.
As before, and the name really gives away, it's ALL about truffles - and there's a lot of them on the menu. Here's a taste:
- Truffle Burger - Beef & Smoked Bacon patty, fig jam, crispy onions, raclette cheese & truffle mayonnaise
- Truffle Butter Burger - 90 Day aged beef patty, beef fat caramelised onions, raclette cheese & truffle butter
- Truffle Honey Chicken Burger - Twice coated buttermilk chicken thigh, Truffle Honey, Bacon Ketchup & whipped goats cheese
- Veggie Truffle Burger - Beyond Meat patty, fig jam, crispy onions, smoked cheese & truffle mayonnaise
Alongside that expect mac & cheese with crispy chicken skin, truffle chips, daily changing croquettes and more.
