Heading to the RHS Chelsea Flower Show this year? There's a distinct G&T theme to some of the gardens at this year's show. Here are three to look out for:
The Roots in Finland Kyrö Garden
Silver Gilt winner
Sponsored by Finnish rye distillery, the Kyrö Distillery Company, this garden which is entered in the Space to Grow turns out to be the very first Finnish garden at the show. Designed for a Helsinki city space, planting includes the national flower of Finland (lily of the valley) and juniper (tying in with Kyrö's award-winning gin).
The Warners Distillery Garden
Silver Gilt winner
A sheltered garden designed to provide a space for socialising and engaging with family and friends. The courtyard links to the Northamptonshire setting of Warner's Gin Distillery and the water feature is apparently inspired by 'Curiosity', the Warner's Gin still.
The Silent Pool Garden
Silver Gilt Winner
The Silent Pool Gin Garden is all about finding a calming inner-city space using scent and sound. Look around the garden to spot botanicals used in the gin - there's also a single bonsai juniper on a floating shelf.
However, if G&T isn't your thing but tea is, there's...
The Wedgewood Tea Conservatory
Tying in with their show garden, Wedgewood china are throwing open the doors to their Wedgwood Tea Conservatory at the show. Global tea curator, Bernadine Tay, has developed a Wonderlust Tea Collection and you can try that here as part of a free Wedgwood Tea experience along with a limited edition blend of Tea Moments Strawberry and Cucumber Tea.
And don't forget - our reader offer at Ollie Dabbous' Chelsea Flower Show popup at Chelsea Barracks runs all this week.
