Huge new Greenwich housing development, Kidbrooke Village is about to get its first pub. Young's are opening The Depot this week and it's what they're describing as an "all-day dining community pub". This is the second time the pub company have teamed up with developers Berkley Homes. They opened The Naturalist at Woodberry Down up at Manor House last summer.
The Depot will be somewhere to work during the day, serving up breakfast from 8am if you want to hot desk from there, running through to dinner and drinks in the evening. They'll be going large on Sunday lunches - including a vegan version - but if you just want to pop in and order a sharing board of baked camembert with rhubarb chutney and soldiers, then that'll be fine too.
