They've done Burger and Lobster, and with Beast steak and king crab and now the people behind those places and Goodman are bringing something new. This time it's Black Cod and Wagyu.
It'll be taking over the main Zelman Meats bar in St Anne's Court, where their head chef Olly Bird is preparing black cod cooked in miso and 200g Wagyu steaks. It's carrying on their tradition of making expensive food just that little more affordable (see also their recent snow crab promotion) so this double header will cost you £15 at lunch and £20 for dinner. And you can add on sides of Som Tam Salad and Lobster Fried Rice. We certainly approve of lobster fried rice.
And on top of that, there will be five starters too. Those are: Tiger Prawn Tempura; Lobster Croquetas (again, total approval from us - you may see a pattern here); Hot & Sour Wagyu Beef Tartare; Tuna Tartare; and Burrata.
It's a long-term residency with no end planned - and you'll have to book in advance too. So if you fancy a spot of luxury at an affordable price, we reckon this will do the trick.
