The St Pancras Brasserie, and its in-station Champagne terrace, has been a mainstay of St Pancras (in a few different forms) for nearly as long as we can remember. It's had a few renovations along the way and the latest of those is incoming. 

They're launching the new Kitchen Bar, their own take on a chef's counter, inside the brasserie. As well as being right beside

They're as sure a sign of an area's gentrification as the arrival of a Waitrose or M&S Food store and now the bakery behemoths that are Gail's are expanding to the city's train stations. Last week they opened their first branch in a travel hub, at St Pancras. And they're following that up by opening this week at London Bridge.

If you're lucky enough to be heading off to the Olympics in Paris over the next couple of weeks, we rather like this little takeaway package that Searcy's Champagne Bar has put together for travellers.

Over the past few years, Shake Shack have been expanding pretty widely throughout London and the UK, with 15 of their burger restaurants already open. However, this latest branch may be their most useful, as it's the first time they're opening in a train station.
