The St Pancras Brasserie, and its in-station Champagne terrace, has been a mainstay of St Pancras (in a few different forms) for nearly as long as we can remember. It's had a few renovations along the way and the latest of those is incoming.
They're launching the new Kitchen Bar, their own take on a chef's counter, inside the brasserie. As well as being right beside the kitchen, the Kitchen Bar will be adding a few new things to the menu, from Executive Chef Thomas Piat (previously Jòia and Hélène Darroze). It's very early days on the menu - but expect dishes like Pâté en croûte with pistachio and brandy cherries. It sounds like it's a place for a light dinner rather than a whole three-course affair - which may well be very useful for commuters.
We'll have more details on this one closer to the opening date.
