• TĀ TĀ Eatery is Kensal Rise's Borough Wine & Beers first pop-up

  

  Borough Wine & Beers, who know a thing or two about hosting pop-ups, has announced that its first residency in their Kensal Rise branch will be Zijun Meng and Ana Goncalves of the Portuguese/Chinese-inspired restaurant TĀ TĀ Eatery. It’ll be a three-month residency, and form part of Borough Wine Kensal Rise's Chef Development Series.

  Last night the 6th British kebab awards took place with what's rapidly becoming a legendary awards party. 2017's event - which took place on the same night as the Oscars - briefly outdid the Academy Awards for trending on Twitter. • Typing Room and Restaurant Gordon Ramsay win big at AA's 2017 Awards

  

  The annual AA 2017 Hospitality Awards took place last night and several folk in London had reason to be very pleased with themselves indeed.

  The ceremony named a number of new five and four rosette restaurants around the country. London didn't get any new 5-rosette spots, but two restaurants, Restaurant Gordon Ramsay and East London's The Typing Room were awarded four meaning their cooking “demands national recognition”.
