...After the success of Arlington, Jeremy King has brought a 21st-century grand café to Bayswater. We head down for an early look at The Park.
Over the past few years, we've seen a number of restaurants start up around the country before deciding to make it in the capital, like Six by Nico or Cin Cin, and now here comes another. Phat Buns can be found all over the North, but now they're opening their first London outpost in Bayswater (taking over from TinselTown).
Those Phat Buns are actually burgers, and mainly burgers you customise yourself.
...It's always nice to see a landmark London building saved from falling into disrepair. Whiteley's on Bayswater had been closed for years but is now gearing up to reopen as a glamorous apartment block, complete with the UK's first Six Senses hotel and spa, an Everyman cinema and a new branch of Guillam Coffee House.
