National Burger Day is upon us once more, taking place on Thursday 27 August 2026. Every year, London's best burger restaurants create special burgers and also have some great deals lined up for the day. Here's what is planned for this year's Burger Day. All the specials are on for the day only, unless otherwise stated.
National Burger Day specials
Fallow x Black Bear
At Fallow/Roe (St James's and Canary Wharf) and Black Bear (Victoria, Brixton, Exmouth Market)
Expect this one-day-only burger to be one of the hottest tickets on the day. The collaboration features Black Bear’s dry-aged beef patty and cheese, topped with eight-hour slow-cooked beef dandy ribs with Fallow kombu seasoning, beef sauce, pickled shallots and some Fallow sriracha mayo in Black Bear’s seeded bun. It's on at Fallow, Roe and all of the Black Bear restaurants from 12pm till sellout.
Burger & Beyond x Black Cactus BBQ
Shoreditch, Soho, London Bridge
One of our favourite burger joints has played a blinder this year, joining up with the amazing Black Cactus BBQ. The resulting burger features their dry-aged beef patties with Black Cactus’ smoked Wagyu ox cheek pastrami which has been confit-cooked in beef fat. There's a specially made barbecue mustard, loads of pickles, onion and double American cheese. It'll only be available from Burger & Beyond’s Soho restaurant.
Bleecker's Minetta Tavern Burger

Having been back to NYC over the summer, Bleecker founder Zan was at the Minetta Tavern in Greenwich Village and returned to London inspired by the Big Apple's burger. Her take on it features an 8oz Bleecker beef patty, caramelised onions, cheddar cheese and house sauce in their signature sesame-seeded bun.
They're also doing 20% off all their burgers ordered in person on the day.
The Cadogan Arms' Beauvale & Bacon Burger
Chelsea - 298 King's Rd, London SW3 5UG
Another London company taking inspiration for NBD from across the pond is Chelsea pub The Cadogan Arms. Their burger riff off New York’s Gramercy Tavern with a Aubrey Allen beef patty, topped with crispy bacon and Beauvale cheese, served in a soft potato bun with gaufrette potatoes and remoulade.
CUT at 45 Park Lane's Trio of burgers
Mayfair - 45 Park Ln, London W1K 1PN
For a Park Lane take on National Burger Day, chef Elliot Grover has come up with three takes. There's an A5 Japanese Wagyu burger with wasabi mayonnaise and spicy pickles, a buttermilk fried chicken burger topped with Imperial caviar and a cep mushroom burger finished with shaved Australian black truffle. All that Wagyu doesn't come cheap, with the burgers costing £90, £68 and £56 respectively.
Polo Bar's Four Cheese Dipping Burger
City of London - 176 Bishopsgate, London EC2M 4NQ
The City's 24-hour restaurant has gone for a dairy take this year. They've topped their always-on cheeseburger with a parmesan crisp and chipotle mayo and will be giving guests a sauce boat of four cheese sauce for dipping. It'll be on for two weeks from National Burger Day and available whatever time of the day or night you fancy it.
Shake Shack's The Big Shack

Danny Meyer-founded Shake Shack have taken an XXL approach to their NBD burger. The Big Shack features two 100% Aberdeen Angus cheeseburgers, topped with lettuce, pickles, onions, tomatoes and Shake Shack's signature secret sauce on a three-layer toasted potato bun. It'll be available until 31 August.
Coqfighter's Chicken Kyiv Sandwich
City, Soho, King's Cross, Finsbury Park
Coqfighter have, of course, gone the chicken route for this year's burger special. They've taken a roast chicken and bearnaise sandwich, cut it on two and then laid it and the fries down on a bed of Kyiv butter sauce. Highly indulgent in the very best way.
Chop House and Tavern
City, Butler's Wharf
From 27-30 August, all the Chop Houses have a special National Burger Day, showcasing a brand new burger. The Chop House Marrow - a dry-aged British beef patty with roasted bone marrow, British cheese slices, crispy shallots and beef tomato. Sister restaurants Madison, Bluebird and Skylon are also putting on special burgers.

Daffodil Mulligan will be doing two-for-one on their Forerib of Beef & Bone Marrow Smash Burger at lunchtime only.
The first 100 people ordering a burger at Manna on the day (Battersea, Covent Garden and Tottenham Court Road) will get two for one. You just need to follow @manna_burgers and show your follow at the till.
