It's a big week for Yo Sushi! Hot on the heels of their iTray - a heli-waiter gadget and completely genius PR notion (whoever came up with that one's a keeper) comes the YO! Burger.
For the patty they're using buns made from Japanese toasted rice with a range of five fillings - teriyaki chicken, kimchi salmon, prawn katsu, tilapia katsu fish and tofu katsu.
Each burger comes with pickled daikon slaw, nori crackers in place of fries and instead of ketchup, misochup for £8. If you are calorie counting - the whole meal comes in at 423 calories.
The YO! Burger is on sale from today.
