Taste of London has pulled off quite a coup in getting René Redzepi from The World's Best RestaurantTM Noma to appear at this year's festival at Regent's Park.
Redzepi will be holding a special Q&A in the VIP Secret Garden section of Taste where you'll be able to quiz the chef first hand about his style of cooking. Unfortunately you'll also have to fork out £95 (£125 on the door) for the privilege of getting into this part of the show.
But never fear, there'll be another chance to catch Redzepi when he makes a guest appearance in the new San Pellegrino Trilogy Masterclass, tasting and pairing food, wine and water. Each masterclass has room for 30 people which really will be a great chance to get up close and personal with the Danish chef. There's no word yet on how much the class will cost (or how you'll get hold of tickets) so keep an eye on this page for more information when it's release.
